Your consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with Jaime Topham to explain more about your situation and to share your goals for its resolution. We want you to relax and feel comfortable and know that we will answer any questions you have.
The consultation gives us a chance to explain what's different about our firm and our approach to resolving your legal issue. It is also an opportunity for you to get to know us. It allows you to decide if you would like to retain the firm for your representation. We do also determine if your case is a good fit for the firm. Sometimes we just aren't the right fit.
If both parties would like to work together, you will have the opportunity to retain our firm at the end of the consultation and walk out of the meeting with the confidence that you now have legal representation for one of the most important events of your lifetime.

When you meet with us, you will be talking to an actual attorney, not a paralegal or secretary. We take the time to get to know your situation and will explain each of your options in plain English and map out the likely outcomes of each of your alternatives. It is our desire to make sure that you have your questions answered when you leave our office, whether you retain us or not. We believe you will leave our office with valuable information that you may not receive from another law firm. As our time is valuable, we charge a consultation fee to ensure that we can take the time to provide a real benefit to you.
